Wiring scheme for switched and constant receptacles

Hi. Here is a wiring diagram I was thinking of doing. I have to use a junction box because the walls are narrow and there are channels for only one cable to the boxes. All the other constant receptacles to meet code are accounted for on another circuit. Does this look correct? Any problems with this concept?

What I see that appears to be correct.
All the even number receptacles are split switched. The bottom is controlled by two three ways on the blue wires. The top is controlled by by the "B" switch on the red wires.
The outside light is controlled by the "A" switch.
All the odd number receptacles are constant hot on the black wire.

Unless it is available in the USA, there is no such thing as 4 conductor NMD90. There is 4 conductor AC90, but that is big bucks...

As far as what you have, it will work. A trade practice is that you always use the black wire as the common on either end of your three-way switches.

Not sure about Canada but I believe 12/4 and 12/2/2 is available. 12/2/2 has two white wires. 12/4 has three hots and one white wire. Becoming more popular with the neutral at switches requirement in USA.
